We are so confident you’ll be happy with our service,
that we’re willing to bet our company on it.
We won’t fix a fee for you.
We’ll let you set it once we’ve sold your home.
Our minimum sole agency fee is 1.6%.
We believe 2 ½% reflects top quality service.
When your house is sold you decide
if you’re going to pay 1.6%, or 2½%, or somewhere
in between, based on the service you’ve received.
We won’t argue.
If you’re going to trust us with your future,
